Who we are

Veraform Studio is a Coral Gables, Miami atelier for bespoke, made-to-order kitchens, cabinetry, walk-in closets and interiors, serving clients across Florida and the Caribbean. This policy applies to our public website and to the enquiries you send us through it. Our studio is located at 2000 Ponce de Leon Blvd, Unit 102, Coral Gables, FL 33134.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and to keep the site working well.

• Contact & consultation requests — your name, email, phone number (if provided), the service you're interested in, and any details you include in your message.
• Newsletter sign-ups — the email address you submit, so we can send occasional design notes and project updates.

• Basic technical data — such as your IP address and browser type, recorded with form submissions to help prevent spam and abuse.
• Analytics data — anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type), collected only if you accept analytics cookies.

• Cloudflare Turnstile, used to protect our forms from spam and bots.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and for our legitimate business records, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe. We then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to remove your information sooner at any time.

You can, at any time:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you, and request a copy.
• Ask us to correct or delete your information.
• Withdraw consent for analytics cookies, or unsubscribe from the newsletter.
• Object to certain uses of your information.
